Open the capsule (or just take yogurt) and mix it using your saliva.  Maintain it within your mouth for a few minutes after which swallow. Put Bravo where and when you would like it with Bravo Concentrate. Bravo Concentrate preferences wonderful and is straightforward for youngsters to hold inside their mouth to get a minute.
